Hello! I’m Ros. Pleased to meet you!
The Pretty Little Candle Co was created during the global pandemic of 2020 and launched in 2021.
As company founder at 6-months pregnant, I found myself in strict isolation due to government guidelines and wanted something to keep myself occupied.
As a fan of home interiors, I decided to make myself some candles for fun. My husband ordered me a candle making kit from Amazon and I started learning the basics.
I documented my candle making journey and started selling locally.
Due to a healthy local interest I decided to create an Instagram page and immediately received over 100 orders in the first 2 weeks! Within 2 months a website was created and launched and WOW! Here we are!
I’m a wife and a mum of 2. I have a gorgeous son, Alex, 23 years old and a daughter, Wilhelmina, 3 years old.
I’m lucky to have a beautiful family and a husband who supports me in my passion and love of making candles and wax melts…
All of my candles and wax melts are hand made (by myself!) in the North East of England. Sunderland, Roker.
I work with 100% vegan friendly, cruelty free rapeseed wax, and soy wax, using the highest grade, rung spun, cotton wicks to provide a clean, safe burn.
I make each and every candle to order. Each candle is completely unique, no two are ever identical.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to return the goods to the following address:

Please keep in mind that any item sent for a full refund must be delivered in a unused condition as you received it.
In the event an item is received broken or damaged, then you will be given a full refund or I will be happy to exchange the item, dependent on what you are likely to prefer.
Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and I cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package(s), so I recommend using tracking numbers to insure your package is returned to us.

In accordance with European regulations, No.1272/2008, on the information on the classification, packaging and labelling, (CLP) (2009) all information of chemical compounds and associated hazards within each fragrance of my products is provided.
